Well that ticker says it all! I only lost 500grms I guess its better then nothing!! I decided to change tickers as this one tell it more in detail and looks better LOL....So I guess there is always next week and looking at doing ALOT better!!

Hang in there Alanna, I can relate to how hard it is. I have put on 3 kgs in the past couple of weeks due to Irritable Bowel Syndrome and am having all sorts of trouble shifting it - even 1.5hrs a day 5 days a week in the gym isn't working.
500g loss is better than a gain honey. Well done.

a safe way to lose weight is slow and steady - not a heap quickly (although we all want to do it that way LOL)
500g is a great SAFE amount to lose each week.
Keep trying chick and dont be hard on yourself. Some weeks are good. Some are bad. Some are no loss at all. Keep your chin up.
